SGPT - Small Group Personal Training *Available to book with Platinum membership.

 Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)

Catering to a maximum of 6 clients per session this membership will give you the benefits of 1:1 PT as well as the motivation and excitement that comes with group training. These sessions will also help take the “fear out of the gym” and empower you to get the most out of your membership.
The SGPT programme will incorporate resistance training, functional fitness and varied modalities of training to challenge clients to push themselves. If you are looking to get stronger, fitter and healthier the SGPT sessions at Club24 Fitness will get you there. For Platinum Members only.

CYCLE

A performance based cycle class that brings the euphoric highs of riding outdoors into a music driven studio. Track your personal bests and create your own benchmark for success!

CLUB KOMBAT

Kombat is a cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music. Expect to burn heaps of calories and feel great whilst you’re doing it! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness.

BLITZ

This fitness class consists of short intervals of training. The session is packed with different movements and you will use various equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands etc. Each exercise can last anywhere between 30 seconds to 45 seconds before moving onto the next one. A class you will not want to miss!

CIRCUITS

If you’re looking for a high intensity workout that will help tone your body and shed fat, this is a great class to attend. Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time. Join in this classic class for a fun way to work out

LBT

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with this legs, bums and tums (LBT) class.

FIT PUMP

This is a static toning class using a bar and free weights. It’s excellent for body conditioning and is suitable for all abilities.
