I’m recently qualified in level 2 gym instructing and level 3 in personal training.

My enthusiasm and passion for training started 3 years ago when I had little confidence and low self-esteem. I know the struggle! Ever since, I have not looked back.

My aim is to empower women through a combination of weight training and cardio while helping them to make better changes to their diet.

Fitness has changed my life for the better and I know it can change yours too! I am here to help you feel the benefits of training in your own life and to also help you find confidence within yourself through reaching your goals AND maintaining them. I offer ;

Brahm Gallagher

Brahm began his training journey many years ago and since has been cultivating new qualifications and attacking new challenges. Brahm has been a US Army Fitness Instructor, a Personal Trainer in Los Angeles, CA, with CrossFit experience and is currently a certified LV3 Personal Trainer here in the UK. Training is for life and Brahm finds passion in watching his clients succeed. Brahm’s key focus is on developing strength and power through a complete range of movement, both under load and unloaded, kettlebell flows, and functional training.

Ryan Robinson

Ryan has been working as a Personal Trainer since 2009. His self-discipline and dedication has enabled him to reach high fitness levels and achieve his goals, which has been shown through his clients results. Ryan uses these attributes to keep his clients focused and motivated to reach their fitness goals. Ryan craves new challenges in fitness, being a former bodybuilder competitor and recently a competitive boxer he is always taking himself to the next level so he can help his clients unlock their full potential. Ryan specialises in sculpturing physiques with an individualised fitness plan combining weight training, cardio and diet.

Bradley CROMIE

I have been personal training for 3.5 years and have recently moved to Club 24 Bangor to continue my career. 

I have a passion for bringing the best out of people on the gym floor and at home both with one to one, small group and online training options to get the most out of your training effort. Having trained bjj medalists, transformation clients (one of which took transformation of the year at the NIFMA) and local hockey members looking to up their game and improve on the pitch. 

I enjoy finding what works for you and what we can do together as a team to bring the best of you. My big passion lies in strength and conditioning alongside sport specific training to best meets your goals. I have had many happy clients over the years, wether it’s been to get more out of training or to train for somthing specific.
